With experience from his tenure at Vedic Constructions, he brings strong executional insight to every project. A Fellow Member of the ICSI with backgrounds in Commerce and Law, his governance-led approach drives sustainable, value-focused development.

Vinod Nemmaluri is an experienced NRI professional at Cadence Realty LLP, committed to building a transparent and professionally governed real estate practice. With experience across land trading, layout development, and strategic investments, he brings market insight and disciplined decision-making. MRINAL CHINTA
Mrinal Chinta comes from the Hyderabad business family behind CBR Estates and CBR Hatcheries, with interests across construction and poultry. Holding an MBA from Middlesex University, he now leads site operations, planning, and construction oversight at Cadence Realty LLP, bringing practical expertise and strong regional insight.
Pujitha Kaza
Pujitha Kaza is a finance professional with expertise across real estate and infrastructure. She has worked with core advisory teams supporting leading infrastructure companies on finance and taxation matters. At Cadence Realty LLP, she leads banking, finance, and HR functions with a focus on discipline and operational clarity.
